The Hillandale tradition of caring continues today in many new
and exciting ways. 2006 was a year of change and growth for us,
as we renovated both Birchwood and Hillandale Communities,
and at Chesterwood, we opened Chelsea Place, a one-of-a-kind
specialty unit to provide assisted living for adults with dementia
and Alzheimer’s. Chesterwood also expanded Ashley Place,
adding 28 spacious assisted living suites surrounded by multiple
courtyards. This growth is just the beginning.

We will soon begin work on a unique and exciting Main Street
addition to Chesterwood, complete with a movie theatre, snack area,
bank and much more. We will also break ground on a 3-story building
to house more than 100 independent and assisted living apartments.

Hillandale continues to explore opportunities outside of the Butler
County community…so, check back often to see where we’re heading
next! While we continue to expand our communities, what will not
change is that each resident of a Hillandale Family of Communities
