| Hillandale Communities are located north of Cincinnati, Ohio serving Butler, Warren, Clermont and Hamilton Counties. Our communities are located in a thriving area just across the street from shopping, churches, entertainment, parks and restaurants. Chesterwood Village is just off of Interstate 75 at the Tylersville Road exit in West Chester. Both Hillandale Health Care and the Birchwood Care Center are located on Hamilton Mason Road, just off the new Michael Fox Highway connecting I-75 to Hamilton.
